It was a first time visit to Heritage Hotel and must say that the property was maintained neatly, the premises and room were kept clean. The staff was hospitable and the food was tasty, but it can be improved if there are other south indian variaties added in breakfast buffet menu and if it's served hot. Overall, an enjoyable experience during the stay.

It's in the prime location where Badami caves are 5 mins drive. Drive to Aihole and Pattadakallu is easy as you hit the road once you are out.
The rooms are clean and spacious.

Not a good choice. Not clean, lots of flies dirty bed and unhyginic bath rooms. You have to carry your luggage to room and no help to bring them back to your car. No point in giving that much money for this facility. I do not recommend.

Pros:
AC Deluxe room size and bathroom size is good,
beds are large, linen was clean except mats
nice peaceful campus with sufficient parking and responsive reception,
has decent restaurant and fresh breakfast is served in large portions.
Cons:
Rooms had lots of lizards making the stay scary
service in restaurant has lot of room for improvement in terms of pace and responsiveness, staff wasn't able communicate well and kept goofing up our orders, mosquitos kept troubling us
