stayed at the hosteller in agra – overall an average experience. the terrace setup and infrastructure were quite nice, and the staff was friendly and helpful. however, the acs weren’t cooling properly, and the beds lacked ventilation which made it a bit uncomfortable. the location is okay, not the best. with a few improvements in comfort, this place has potential.

5 mins walk to the Taj Mahal east Gate. one problem is that there is no parking space. Had to park the bike in the street. The improvement that can be made is a hassle free check in. Making you to go their own official website and filling forms from A to Z of your personal information feels a bit iffy. They can collect these infos from the booking partner Goibibo.

I've travelled throughout India and stayed in different hostels, this was the worst experience of all. The AC wasn't working, didn't get any help from the management for the same. The washroom was absolutely unhygienic and had an awful smell. The rooms were not clean, overall the whole property is in a very bad condition. Don't be fooled by the images they have provided.

The stay was average. The staff was polite and kind. But the guests were terrible. In mixed dorm males should maintain basic decency.

My experience was not good..... only advantage is location which is near Tajmahal... otherwise room is very small and Congested... water blockage problem in bathroom....no exhaust in washroom....bed were not clean...you can book this if you want to stay only one night

extremely uncooperative staff. no ventilation. AC and TV doesn't work..no room service facility. dirty towels. hotel staff doesn't even respond properly. Despite proper booking, had to wait for 30 minutes
