I came for a day, but ended up staying for more. Amazing place, quiet, immersed in nature. a lot of lovely spots to visit nearby. the people running the hostel are very warm and helpful. Aryan was the best host. the hostel is very clean and the food delicious. I plan on coming here again and trekking the beautiful dauladhar peaks. best place to stay in kareri

The stay was super comfortable. I could see mountains and stars from my room window. I loved it so much. We stayed for 4 nights and the host was super cooperative and helpful at every step. He guided us with all the needed information and things to do in Kareri. Going to the water pool everyday was the highlight of the day. Thank you so much Aryan for everything.

one of the best experiences. If you want to take a pause from your daily life and want to enjoy that peace. Kareri Hosteller is a place from the breathtaking view to amazing food and best room. this place has it all.

So those of you who want peace and work from home or workstations, this place is great. The best infact. However reach and access is a costly affair. Any private taxi operator from Dharamshala takes 1500 bucks. So better if it's a group or sharing.Public transport leaves you 12Km short and on mountains 12 km seems like at least thrice it's distance. Roads though there are frequently disturbed by landslides. I had a nice experience with the staff but due to rain there was land slides and we had to cross the slided road by walk and was dangerous.Also due to raining the property was empty .no one there except us and staff.But hospitality is awesome.Host was nice and helpful10+ Rating for the host at reception 👍🏽

Kareri is a very secluded place. This Hosteller property is ideal to spend a few days over here. The place has dorms as well as private rooms. The interiors are neat and clean but there will be flies during this season It is spacious and cafe on terrace.

A very thoughtfully designed hostel in a small village called Kareri, about an hour's drive from Dharamshala. The property is operated & managed very well by Ishan(s), Rajeev and their team. The views of the valley and the Dhauladhar range offered from this property are unparalleled. It's one of the cleanest hostels I've stayed at, and the room I put up in was very comfortable.
