i was in dorm room and beds were very loose small moments of any of the members make bed very clumsy. there were old underwears and socks of other guest in the corner that means that person who is doing house keeping is just cleaning the sheets and not changing it. there were big spider webs 🕸️ in the corner of bed and there were no locks in dorm locker and when we bought it it was 120/- of very small locker which you can get in just 20/- from outside

i had a lovely experience staying at this hotel. the room was spotless, with perfect lighting that created a cozy ambiance. the hotel also offers ample space to sit and relax, making it a great place to unwind. however, the only downside was the food ordering system. the app is the only option, and no staff members take orders in person, which can be inconvenient. additionally, they do not provide non-vegetarian food, which might be a limitation for some guests. overall, if you're looking for ...more

Booked a private room, we were there to celebrate my partner's birthday. Worse place to stay in the mountains. While the rooms are cozy, but the staff is highly irresponsible. There was loud music till 11 in the night and despite complaining several times none of the action was taken to stop the intoxicated group who were literally shouting in the night. Very unhygienic as the street dog is roaming in the campus and drinking water from water cooler, no one from the staff is available and the worst part is that you can not even complaint over the call as he only option is whatsapp where after struggling for hours u got a call from property, even we are paying for the separate deluxe room you can not get an housekeeping boy for luggage pickup, parking place is very congested, overall worst experience, u can see the dog in picture licking the water from water cooler, and as no one is here to give u water as well

I stayed at this property for 6 nights. 5 days in 10 bed dom and 1 day in 8 bed dom. 10 bed dom is good but there was rat in my dom and it remains there even after I complained. In picture it is very clear.
