I'll get right into it. - bed bugs on beds (I had to switch rooms) - unprofessional staff - you need to call them at least twice to get anything done - there was a pair of women's underwear in my first room's closet - bed had marks all over. Torn pillow and quilts - they control the AC from the reception and again, you need to call them twice to turn it on I would love to comment on food but I could NOT trust them with it. Location: can be easily spotted on Maps, located in a crowded area of Paharganj, has good access to market including medical store, laundry, shops etc. Service: poor, room got ready only after we checked in (had to wait almost half an hour), staff is not as courteous or cooperative, didn't respond to housekeeping requests despite having asked for it multiple times Amenities: small room (nothing as seen in photos, the only difference b/w a deluxe and an executive room is a window), no toiletries, ...more

bakwas, pese wastage sirf dikhawa he, booking ke time city view btaya or balcony bola humne exicutive room book Kiya but vha jakr bole ki yhi room he ,koi balcony nhi diya,no hair dryer,no proper toiletries,small room, humidity hone se or koi outer nhi hone se pura room gila gila rehta he hmesa . proper service bhi nhi he, chota sa room he bahut.bedsheet bi fati purani .
