The room felt unhygienic throughout my stay. No fresh towels or soap were provided, the sheets and pillow covers were never changed, and the bathroom had a persistent bad odor. On top of that, water was dripping from the ceiling—clearly poor housekeeping and maintenance.
There was only one staff member on duty handling everything—check-in, housekeeping, guest requests. As a result, service was slow and absent when needed.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. It is definitely not suitable for families. There was only a single staff member available, which meant poor service and long waiting times for any assistance.
While the location is convenient and close to major tourist spots, that’s about the only positive aspect.
The cleanliness and hygiene were well below acceptable standards — the room was dirty, and to make matters worse, water was leaking from the ceiling.

the stay was okay, but not great. when we reached, the bedsheets looked used and weren’t clean, even though the bed was made. there was also some trash lying outside the room. they only cleaned the place after we pointed it out. it felt like the room and washroom was not properly cleaned and prepared before our arrival. basic cleanliness should be taken care of without guests having to ask.

indralok’s staff behaved like they are give us free service, room not clean properly, not providing toiletry items, and one hight is that they are not providing our booked second room, and when we are leaving for sightseeing that time they give us second room key…
i recommend to pls don’t visit to indralok stays
