the hotel has good but basic amenities in rooms like tv, landline and tea-breakfast facilities not available. lift available but not working

hot water not coming and normal water very slow comes, AC not working, Lift not working, out room at 3 floor. and exhaust fan not available in toilet so, all smell come in room.

not recommended.... property not at all maintained....matress bedsheet blanket all in bad shape....room and washroom not cleaned properly

ant come on bed in super deluxe room.they not tell to use their free wifi and not share any password.the blanket cover was damaged.cleaning staff not take the cup plates and bowl which used by us in night to till checkout.we found bill of the meal wrongly charged.food and meal price is too high.we not found any cable connection or dish mean t.v. not worked.

The AC was not working at all . Also pictures were shown so good but the room was nothing like that . We were like sweating . Just the AC was not working at all
