The reception staff was very bad, not responsive, not at all respectiive. Stupid person he was simply staring with no reason, and gave a very bad look as though we are not at all a customer there. This experience was very pathetic from a staff. Please keep hospitable staff at reception else let us know if this is only the culture of this hotel

every thing is fine, but NV food not available and cost also higher 2500rs per a day non AC is very costly.

Location, you have to search Google.
Staff not available at all times.
Room price is higher compared to nearby hotels.
Vegetarian Restaurant in Ground floor is only feature.

Room : linens were not replaced up in the previous guest check out ,after multiple request they have changed the linen. Its took almost 7 hours as their laundry was delayed.Bathroom : Floor tiles was slippery as it was not cleaned for long time , we should feel that if we dont use slipper , wash basin was stinky.Restaurant: food was tasty but some staff were arrogant and we could see that the manager serve the food ( vada / idly ) bare hand were as staffs are wearing gloves .Parking : excellent parking facility It's not a start category hotel , it's just a lodge with extra amenities .

Kanishka grand is a good place to stay with family. Ambience is good. Over all it's a nice hotel with tasty Veg restaurant
