worst ever experience I had in my travel history. we opted for early check-in bd check-out. though hotel rooms were free we noticed that rooms are occupied. I booked cottage with all facilities but only deluxe room was provided.
not at all in the range of 3* hotel hard to rate even 1*. normal lodges those provide stay option is even better than this.

We got a cottage. It's an old building. Abundant mosquitoes. Curtains r not neat. Not worth to the amount we r paying. In total very disappointing.

Morning breakfast and tea coffee only available 8.30am &7.30am for tea coffee to be looking in this timings
Who ever go out early morning tea coffee should be available or make arrangements for kettle for self making tea

Resort was average. we have stayed in a cottage for 1 day. The room and bathroom, eventhough were spacious were old and not maintained properly. Sorroundings are good with lot of trees and they have a decent swimming pool. Food was tastier and staffs were well behaved.

The hotel was decent, room and surroundings were clean and lived up to the expectation.
The reason for low rating is the swimming pool was under maintenance and same wasn't disclosed at the time of booking.

Accommodation was average, Bathroom taps were broken, poor hot water supply in bathroom, A/C ware turned off automatic at midnight and turned on at 6am, & Average food quality
