Stay was good but this time the hotel was busy with some corporate booking so the services to general guests were not upto the mark. For breakfast we were squeezed to some small restsurant orka where sitting was very limited as compared to the number of people coming for breakfast. Also the dishes were less as compared the already they serve. Room Service was also slow.

Not a Good experince this time. I have stayed in the past in the same hotel but this time the experience was not good. The hotel had some corporate event going on, due to which service got affected. A 5 star hotel did not meet 5 worth 5 stars. First, the breakfast for regular guests was shifted to another restaurant called OKO, where space was pretty limited in comparison to no of guests. Had a wonderful stay at this property. It’s located in a peaceful, low-traffic area, which made it perfect for a relaxing getaway.
