I booked this hotel primarily because of the swimming pool facility, but I was very disappointed to find the pool dirty and completely unusable during my stay. It was clearly not maintained properly, which was a major letdown. Additionally, the room service did not meet expectations—slow response times and lack of attention to detail. Overall, not the experience I was hoping for.

We were 3 people staying in the property and we booked and we asked for the extra towel for the 3 person but he denied and the way he was talking was very rudely .. and we asked for food near the swimming pool.. he directly denied

If I have option to give negative rating than I must preferred, worst experience with this hotel, there was water lodging in washroom, AC was not working properly, Fridge was not working,Room service was worst I have ever experienced. Don't stay there guy's.
