This hotel is located a very convenient distance from Thiruvananthapuram Central station - hardly 3 minutes walking. There are plenty of eating options nearby as well. The property does not have a lift - bear this in mind. The rooms are on the first and second floors of this shopping complex. The AC in my room was quite noisy - the mattress had a plastic cover, which made it quite uncomfortable. The pillows were too hard and ended up causing a headache. The place would certainly receive a 5/5 if they change the mattress and pillows!

Horrible
No electricity no room service.

Only two pedestal fan.

We went late night but hotel staff receive us prepare all necessary requirements good staff hotel location also very near to railway station room also clean

Check in was horrible, I have reached the hotel by 12PM and they said hotel is full and will give room if anyone check out. For that i have to wait and check in has happened at 6PM only. please check the hotel directly if the room is available, they will not update if they are full. they will not refund the money. they have only 6rooms. bedsheets are dirty, not recommended for family or single.

kind of ok for a single night atay,,no soap or towel provided,when I asked for a towel they didn't have any.

The room is not worth for the money paid. Bed is very hard and feels back pain after sleeping on it. No water provided, floor mats were not available.
