The Hotel was pathetic. Absolutely unheigenic, Messy room, messy bathtowels with stains, Non-functional ACs and Televisions, Unsanitary bathrooms.As there were no details provided about the amenities of this room, we had to check in to a non AC room. Then we requested the hotel to provide us an AC and agreed to pay more. They changed our room twice. Both rooms had ACs which were non functional.Then we had to change our room for the third time and come back to the room that we had checked in initially.

One of the bad stays I had in recent times. cons:1. The management gave a Non AC room in the first place, which I paid for. after check in, i complained and they gave an ac room.2. There was cigarette smell in the room. 3. Bathroom was having leaking taps.4. pillows were not clean5. Parking is a mess6. TV s there, but not recharged for channels 😀7. 24 hours hot water is not there.Pros:only one thing I noticed good is the location. it's on main road and easily reachable. i was outside most of the time during the stay, as me and my partner didn't like the rooms and facilities.

The hotel is located at the center of the Chikmagalur city. The staffs were very decent and the rooms were neat and clean. Though we didn't tried the food but we enjoyed the stay overall.

The best hotel in chikmagalur i have recomemded my frends to that hotel and they more happy with my recomendation and i would like to thank all the staff and higher authority peoples and they actually forgot the name or else i might have added in it, thank you so much, i will deffinetly visit to that hotel if i come to chikmagalur

the best hotel in Chikmangalur, accessible to all the sight seeing places and located in heart of the city and staff are expertise for a wonderfull service, by the higher authority people and I would like to thank the hotel managing Director because who chosed a best staff for this hotel

Real bad experience. I booked through phone and talked to someone named Reezwan (not sure about the spelling), they told they will provide driver accommodation but when my parents reached there they clearly denied that. Also they told their check-in check-out time is not 12pm which was confirmed over phone. So be careful when you make a booking cause they will say something over phone but the reality is something else.

The only best part of the hotel is the rooms are good. the worst part is there is parking only for 2 cars and my car was parked in the road for 2 days.. we were 4 and the breakfast was given only for 2.

This was the worst hotel experience of my life. There was no person to help with the luggage even though I stayed here with my family inclusive of two senior citizens. The bathroom had moulds. The floor of the room was dirty. There were oil marks on the bedsheet. There was no toiletries provided and we had to call them thrice to get it done.
