it has flexible check in options so, we checked in at 5pm and check out was past 24 hours but staff made us to check out before 24 hours... it's worst situation happened to us

The quality of service is fabulous, especially mentioning the front desk staff Hussain, he is very helpful and smiling, also they provide quick service. The location is bit congested but the hotel and amenities is excellent and affordable price.

worst experience ever, pathetic, unhygienic and very disturbed room. staff behaviour was too rube.Light was not proper, telephone was not working, TV also.

The customer support is appreciable.
The staffs are Good and Responding.
clean neat room.
but there is room for improvement in Bed.

They won't provide water and asked to buy paid water only. Not customer friendly and visitors are not allowed inside the premises anytime.Booked Flexible time(asked during booking)and cannot able to postpone the check-in time.Cleanliness wise it's good.

I recently stayed at the Lounge Business Hotel in Bangalore, and it was a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering a peaceful environment for a good night's rest. What stood out the most was the staff's supportiveness and professionalism; they were always ready to assist and ensured a smooth stay.
The location of the hotel is also convenient, making it suitable for both business and leisure travelers. Overall, a great choice for anyone visiting Bangalore. I would certainly consider staying here again.
