Lots of cockroaches all over the room and in the washroom commode is broken and while checking out no responsible person

Very very unhygienic place, i could not even take a bath , there is very bad smell in the room, small cockroaches. TV is not working, dustbin is kept beside bed, very very small room. Never to go with family...
Even I found ladies hairs on bed, linen were used not fresh.
