location is good. it is situated on mathura vrindavan road. e riksha is easily available.
staff behaviour is good & cooperative.
hot water was available even at 5.15 a.m.
food was good ,hygienic & homely.

the bathroom fittings all were rusted , very hard to operate.
their is one cleaning staff name chandrapal , he was making lot of noise shifting some room items without considering fellow checked in customer mid of the night outside our room

The experience at the Hotel was worth the price. Room service was very convincing and we had a really comfortable time staying in our room.
It is just that the bathroom seemed a bit unclean but all other equipments were well-satisfying.
Overall, experience here was great!!
I would recommend a stay here within a small budget.
We were 3 adults, a child and a baby. Rooms were all good and staff members were all very respectful with us.

Stay was not what was expected from a hotel charging u over 2500. 1st it's away from All major places.
hotel was dirty as hell, hotel was nt maintained at all. I had to shift the very next day to a new place.
usually 1 staff available to do all leg work.

Very nice hotel. Good, helpful staff, decent food, good room and bathroom. And well located on the main Mathura-Vrindavan Road so transport on either side is easily available.

hotel was good, food was awesome both dinner and breakfast. there was some renovation going on so it smelled like turpentine oil on each floor but rest was very good, neat and clean rooms.
