old structure and need hotel renovation, no hot water in bathroom , damage chairs , dirty swimming pool 🤮, room cleaning is very poor

Worst experience, I never refer this resort to anyone. Too much costly food with extra gst. There was not cleaness in the room all dirty room are there.

Don't have words to express I've never been in place which is messy/dirty/unhygienic/not maintained at all.Firstly rooms with torn curtain & bed covers.lots of black big ants / cockroaches in the room 24/7 Secondly AC under capacity and makes huge noise (you virtually cant sleep) & that's very normal for Sr AC Tech. Thirdly if you order only ice cubes in room its not permitted.only if you order liquor than they will serve ice cubes (i'd to be harsh to get this without liquor order on first day ...more

below expectations..furniture and bathroom accessories too old..we didn't try food ..they don't allow drivers even for bath..location is remote..Friday only 1 or 2 room occupied..Saturday n Sunday good occupied

stay was pleasant. atmosphere was nice. room intercom phone was not working as we wish to order food. it not good. and drinking water heater was also not working. was not able to make tea and coffee. all other things were good.

i strictly don't recommend it. everything is just bad here. room service you need to recall for 10 times. The mattress were arranged badly that i left with severe back pain. the electric kettle was having fungus and curtains were having fungus on it. the bathroom was leaking everywhere so i decided to go to the bath and toilet on same time😠. the bathtub was not cleaned and water was not filtered so my bathtub was filled with mud.
