we have checked in evening hot water was not coming and exhauster was not working in washroom i have asked to send boy in the night they forgot to send any boy. food was good we have taken only 02 water bottles reception claims we have taken 03bottles no proper coordination. over all experience was not good

When I ordered a coffee at the restaurant he brings holding the cup in his hand. No saucer. He brought one when I asked. I ordered a coffee after a cpl of hours from room service He said “ you already had a coffee. Should I still bring” This is ridiculous response The manager said that the room service person is a new person Hotel management should train the staff before letting them loose on the guests I do not have any

Useless hotel . Management is not good and they charged extra 2k only for we reached 1hr before check in . They charged for 2 room 4k and please dont go to this hotel and tge services are to late
