Had a pleasant stay at The Monarch Hotel & Convention Centre. The rooms were clean and well-kept, with a comfortable bed that made for a good night’s sleep. The service was attentive and friendly, and the food was quite good too. Overall, a solid experience—would definitely consider staying again!

the stay was wonderful.. location was perfect...we enjoyed the amenities... staff was very polite and helpful... food was really good... and breakfast had good options.. definitely value for money and recommend the place
The jacuzzi was very relaxing.. we enjoyed all the extra space in the room.. With anroid tv was easy to watch and relax

This is my second stay in Monarch. The location is very accessible with ample parking space. The hotel provides fine amminites with modular interior.

we stayed her for two days. it was very peaceful. rooms are very beautiful. kerela people in general are very generous and the staff here treated us very well and helped us alot. facilities were five star. will come back here again for sure. 😁

"Worst Service and Totally Disappointing Experience"I had an awful experience at this hotel. The service was absolutely the worst I’ve ever encountered. The staff was unresponsive and unprofessional. Despite the high charges, they failed to provide even the most basic amenities like clean towels, toiletries, or working air conditioning. I was totally disappointed by the lack of care and attention to guest needs. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant stay. Avoid this hotel at all costs!
