I have booked premium room.. they give me there normal room.. after my complient I got premium but that rooms ac not working properly and in toilet there is no towel rod ar stand

I recently had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, offering a good night's rest. What stood out the most was the incredibly friendly receptionist. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome and were always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Their warmth and attentiveness truly made the stay memorable. I would definitely consider returning to this hotel in the future..

The staff at the front desk are very rude. Asked for a GST invoice. As per the rules, the hotel has to provide the GST invoice. They just refused without even wanting to give any explanation. Never stay here if you are on a business trip.

The hospitality we received was nice and satisfactory. The room accommodation was excellent and staffs services was good. We also tried food which was also decent.

am booked this hotel only as this hotel shows in Houdini 4 Star, but after the check in the room it's look like a local hotel..me requested to change the room to the hotel manager, but they not allowed, I think am only one person stayed their yesterday, toilet kits not fulfilled, after my demand they served
main thing is the AC fixed area was too comedy, will upload the images, check please
last am not happy with this hotel and never I will suggest to anybody
as per my feedback it's a potty hotel
they only rated as 4star category for Bar service only
