it was a good one with very good location. but, the following points are to be noted.
1) cooling effect of the ac was less at my room.
2) one of the switch boards has electrical short circuit issue. in the early morning, on putting one switch on, short circuit occured . i have to remain without power for more then one hour. later, one staff was found after searching, and he put the circuit breaker on.

Good location, seamless check-in, lean & tidy rooms. Rooms are spacious, Well lit. definitely recommend for short stays. Centrally located as well.

The monarch is one of the best hotels in jorhat. All the rooms and accessories are well maintained , sufficiently clean and hygienic. The staff of hotel is very cooperative and responsive to their guests. Safe and friendly environment. Best wishes 😊😇

No doubt rooms were clean but, few basic amenities were missing.
1. in both the room, neither there were sufficient number of towel only one towels where we were two adults in each rooms ,nor there were any bathroom kits like toothpaste, etc .
2. in both the room, there were no spoon where as they kept kettle.
3. one of the most noticeable was that there were no security guard in the hotel. from safety point of view, it can't be accepted.
