No welcome water Drink .
No wifi working.
Nobody Come for cleaning room all three days.
Water bottle Price Rs.60 and Mrp on bottel was Rs .25.

visited moniker resort with my family.Its a nice place to stay in manali. All staff were cooperative. we booked a duplex room and it's a very clean and hygienic room. Food was very in taste. If they will add some Indore activities like snooker and little gaming zone for kids then it will double the excitement in stay.

very bad experience we have faced.very bad and poor room service.no cleaning of room even after 2 -3 reminder.water supply in the washroom is badly effected .food quality is very bad.

It was nice to stay in this hotel. I Booked family suite which was interconnected with a small room for children. there is no view from this room. if u want a balcony room then book Grandeur room. it has a private balcony with beautiful view. buffet breakfast and dinner was also good. the only concern was the less variety of food in buffet. rest all was fine.

Very bad service, No facility for Electricity back up, Rooms are too cold for winter season, Food is really bad and staff is not helpful at all.
No proper switch available, Kettles are broken

hotel was awesome but only issue was room service and no assistance from travel desk. rest all good. perfect for couples

We feel ok with the stay, still lot more there to improve. Like room cleanliness, food quality, apart frm this discomfort we have a good stay.
