worst experience. for all those that think it is a three star, it in worst than 2. it should not be categorized as any star. the amount they charge as compared to the amenities are not at all worth it. u can search other hotels nearby for the same, much better than this. even u request anything they don’t provide it. i asked them to provide me drinking water at the first time, i didn’t got that request fulfilled. after 2 -3 calls then someone came to give me water. moreover they charge for miner ...more

management is nice but very very rigid for any requests specially when you book through any booking sites. noise whole night(like some tractor beside your room) due to generator im not even exaggerating.

i will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
very small room
the bed sheets were dirty, when we asked for change, their reply was its clean, as it is old sheet some stains will be visible.
the washroom was very dirty, lights were not sufficient.

Disappointed! I was staying for 3 days.room bed was damaged notably ac was not working for one day.reception staff has responded whatever I asked...but room rate was not that much worth 💯

worst experience with this hotel.1. No restaurant for lunch & dinner.2. Only idli & sambhar with chatni.3. Rooms are like rotten.4. No hot water 5. They will not provide comb, hair dryer, dental kit etc.6. They will not accept the card below Rs.1500.My humble request to everyone , don't book this hotel.

Staff behavior is very rude. I had to wait for an hour and a half to get hot water as heater was not working and worse thing is, I was blamed for not checking with them regularly after asking for hot water.Room cleaning did not happen and when asked, I was told that because I did not give them key, it is not cleaned. Never in my life I have encountered a hotel which did not clean as the guest did not give them the key (I was not told that I have to handover key for cleaning)The pictures is completely different from the room I got. Telephone is dead. Not working.
