Good : Location / Support Staff / toilets. Bad : Food (Chicken hard) / Over confident Owner/ Not resort (just rooms/ lawn and shuttle/ cricket bat) but no place to play.

We are 2 couples and had booked 2 Cottages - The Iris & The Tulip for our 1 night stay at The Nagri Resort on New Year Eve (31st December). We reached by afternoon and were immediately thrilled seeing the amazing 360 degree views of the Snow capped Dhauladhar mountains from the resort. The resort in itself is serene and peaceful. Place was excellent.Perfect if you looking for a tranquil place to spend some quality time with yourself and family.Awesome view of Dhauladhar ranges.The staff was awesome and helped us out along the way. Very spacious rooms with almost all the amenities you need the view from the balcony of the room was amazing and beautiful...The hospitality and management was wonderful.food was also very good.

Not at all recommended hotel to any one.The staff was not at all friendly and not properly trained no professionalism at all.There was so much of connectivity problem with the location.Beware of the food! It is overplayed on the menu, for instance,What is the price mention in menu care when u order that thing ,they charge higher as compare to the menu card,there was problems with ethics.It was kind of farm and only few staff was there to manage the guests so very inconvenient.Service was very slow and not proper.No management at all..
