Firstly, Google location shows a different locality; we had a harrowing time to locate the property. Secondly, the room décor is appalling, with parts of wallpaper hanging out, parts of wall paint flaking off. The room had a moldy smell. The AC was leaking. Restaurant service was up to the mark. Food was palatable. Staff was unhelpful - had to give several reminders for any service.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel to any of my acquaintances.

I did book a room online for 3 adults and you guys gave a room for 2 adults. Even though I had to show you guys that I had booked 3 adults with 2 beds! After an hour of arguments you decided to give us a bigger room with 2 beds, but it doesn't stop there! No hot water. You guys need to get your act together and serve your customers better! I'm never going back to this place again.

staff is very lazy..
next time kabhi bhi is hotel me nahi aana
