1. Rooms, washroom are clean and well maintained.
2. Ample of parking space.
3. Tourist spots are at walking distance
1. No balcony
2. If you are coming via car, lot of traffic within 1km during the day. Only take the car during night as roads are very narrow

Excellent hotel, exceptional management and hygiene facilities, great lake view, and genuine and helpful staff. Really enjoyed my staying. I would recommend everyone to enjoy their stay at new lake front hotel, as it's 'simply splendid' from my experience.
