The hotel will charge you for the ICE. We checked in very late had a flight to catch next evening. They took 40 minutes to fetch a room. The first room alloted was very near to the washroom and hell smelly, upon asking to change the receptionist kept disagreeing that no other rooms are available and won't be able to help us.
My friend reached out to customer support, we informed them about the charges as well as not providing a decent room.

Couple friendly stay! Weren't aware that this resort has only 2 levels!
Food menus should have had more variety of options in non vegetarians meals!

Not bad,but there were some whistle blows more kinda peacock sounds,in the morning... geyser was not working btw,water was actually steam

Very very very bed experience hamare pass 2 din ka booking tha but humne ek din mai hii chevk out kr dia services was very slow and bed food is very testless

Lovely place to stay. Located near Delhi airport. Hospitality of the hotel was good and staff was cooperative. Parking is availble and food quality is nice.
