Its not for family they stop the ac in night and on asking they say only one phase of electricity is coming poor service if i dnt come with family then i will show them how they make customer fool.

Stinking hotel. Got only 3 out of 4 rooms. Checking out in 1 day as opposed to booking for 3 days. No arrangements for anything. Pathetic experience.

The experience of staying in this hotel has been very bad. In the room, current is coming from the taps in the washroom. There is not even a step outside the washroom. There are too many mosquitoes in the room. Had a lot of trouble sleeping at night. There is no intercom in the room. There is no room service at night. The interior of the room is also not good.

I booked the hotel on a high price according to the facilities......
I info them of being late in check in ....when I reached...they first denied the room booking ....and then when I told them to report ...they changed my hotel to a poor guest house adjacent to their property...
Very inappropriate behaviour ..
The given room was smelly and a mediocre place
Not a good stay other than visiting janmbhoomi

Filthy surrounding, premises and rooms. The room we got was so damp, the roof was full of water droplets. Pathetic amenities, cleanliness and hygiene.

The hotel staff was very nice 👍 The room was clean along with the washroom. It is close to Hanuman Garhi and Sri Ram Janambhoomi

My stay was horrible because there wasn’t any electricity supply overnight. Even fans were not working and temperature of the place was around 35-38 degrees celcius. Air conditioner did not work overnight. Plus, the room was too suffocated as there wasn’t any ventilation. I want to raise this issue and would request to compensate my stay and refund me the amount of my stay.
