nice and pleasant stay at hotel the novello mussoorie.
we stayed for two nights rooms are good with all the amenities needed and staff is helpful.
but there was no tv channels available only you tube can be watched but it's ok.

The staff is bit rude and didn't even consider the request to provide blanket to our driver. The deluxe rooms are too small in size to keep your luggage also. its quite pricey as per the facility provided. Even breakfast is excluded.

Amazing location, even better service and extremely spacious clean rooms. Great for family weekend getaways with plenty of activities for kids.Will visit again soon.
