no mineral water was available in the room instead a jug of water was kept in the roomat 9pm no cold drinks were available instead the room service boy demanded rs 150 service charge to get us cold drinks from marketpoor hotel with zero privacypeople from other room were hanging out in our balconyin front of reception boys were drinking we felt embarrassed at reception so poor hotel with no class

My experience at Hotel The Oak Valley was disappointing. The location provided was inaccurate, making it difficult to find. Additionally, the owner of the MNP resort exhibited poor customer service. I was forced to wait for 45 minutes because the owner was busy in a meeting. Although I had booked a 3-night stay, I decided to leave after 2 nights due to these issues. When I requested a refund for the remaining night, the hotel staff denied it, Overall, the lack of accountability from the hotel

One of my favourite budget friendly property in bhagsu mc leod ganj. It is perfect place for relaxing as it is out of the chaos and hustle of the market with no extra disturbance. The manager Nikhil is very kind and helpful person and staff is also cooperative. The only lack of one star is because of access with own vehicle, one has to drive carefully to reach the parking of the hotel (within hotel premises).Overall better than good experience

hotel interior is average. Food is good. location wise views are perfect. Service is good but they need to improve. I ordered water at 9:30 but they didn't deliver later I called back around 10 then they didn't even answer..
