One of the worst management ever I face, staff are not comparative at all, after calling multiple time for service no once even listen. Condition of rooms and staffs the charges of rooms are not matching with facility they provide.
Really feel bad after choosing The Opal Hotel

The worst experience, Toilet seat Brocken , Jet spray worst , totally wet at the time of fresh up , TV channel closed at mid of the night because of non payment , High rate , Desk board person behavior not good , he said take a extra bed for driver , I have no place to stay , ridiculous

Bogus, marriage function in night due to which cant sleep whole night, on my room side kitchen worker make lots of noise.
If hotel is occupied in function thn dont take booking.
Room is small , washroom is so small.

Huge reception area, gives a five-star hotel feel. rooms are not as expected but satisfactory. neat and clean family hotel. ample parking space. lift facility available. conveyance not easily available from hotel to town. so better if you have your own conveyance. E riksha on sharing basis available for as conveyance. food is good. Hotel gives a holiday mood feel as it's outside the rush of town.

Nice property for a brief stop over at Rampur. We had booked an Executive room which was small in size and the bed was even smaller. Bed and facilities in the room are more towards catering for a single occupant. The room was not prepared in advance even though I had called up the Hotel to confirm my arrival, though after the issues were brought to the attention of the staff they were swiftly sorted out.
