hotel is very nice and the services are good but if you are a service class person the hotel does not provide a GST bill if you have booked.

Stay was nice. They served well. Only issue we faced in the beginning was we booked 2 executive rooms but one room was not at all fit for stay due to smell of cigarette smoke. Hence we had to change the room. While they didn't have another executive room, we had to take normal double room that was fairly less in cost. Otherwise the experience was nice

The room were nice and spacious just the window is missing in the room for ventilation, staff was friendly overall i enjoyed my stay but during the whole stay the TV was not working which was quite disappointing.
