It is fine. Yes it is located very much down and they provide pick up and drop.. And provide support while bringing your vehicle down to the parking..

Most list this as a 3-star hotel, but it doesn’t live up to that rating. If you’re a tourist like us, finding the entrance and the place itself can be quite difficult—it’s located on a steep hill, and driving down is nearly impossible. Parking and getting your car down is only manageable if you’re an experienced driver, especially in hilly areas.The hotel was messy and unclean, with visible footprints everywhere. We recently stayed at Palm Aryan hotel Mussoorie at Picture Palace Mall Road, and it was a delightful experience. The stunning mountain views and Sunset with winter line from the gallery were breathtaking, and the prime location made exploring the area easy. Lovely stay with Breathtaking Valley view. Highly recommend this hotel in Mussoorie near the mall road. Gorgeous views from the room, restaurant and terrace. Neat and clean room and washroom with all amenities. Good buffet breakfast. Warm hospitality, and top-notch amenities made my stay perfect. we had a Nice and comfortable stay. staff was very cooperative and supportive. View from the hotel was a just amazing. Food and all services were very good specially the pick up and drop off. Overall a fully recommendable Hotel that you can stay in for a big comfort Staff and room facilities and location.
