Hotel staff were very courteous. Room/ bathroom were clean. Little improvement needed on food service, not enough options available. Mr. Ashish and reception people were very helpful.
Location of hotel is excellent, its on main road , approx 3.5 to 4 km from bhimtal lake. Few good restaurants available at 500 to 600 m distance from hotel.

One of the worst hotels to stay, untidy rooms , not well maintained at all.
The property has a lot of mismanagement and no staff at all. Very helpless service and parhetic room conditions.
Don't waste your money here, find a better place .

Spacious room. Staff is nice, but no coordination among each other. Power cut is a real issue. Bathroom fittings although looked modern and new yet were a big challenge. Hand faucet was constantly dripping and making all of the floor a big mess on top of that they did not provide us with bathroom mat. Laundry services are mentioned on the hotel page yet we were denied for the same on our face for ironing of a single shirt.

1-no heater backup
2-electricity fluctuation
3-had to change 3 rooms because of the lack of heater.

The room was ok but not for the price what was paid. There was no hot water on the first day.
Also don't rely on the food menu, more than half of the items are not available. The food what i got was also not tasty at all, i feel like they just run the kitchen for name sake.

it's a budget-friendly hotel with all amenities required being served at a satisfactory level. The staff is friendly and the manager vijay was extremely cordial cooperative.
