the room size was a major letdown — it was significantly smaller than what was shown or described during booking. it felt cramped and uncomfortable. the wi-fi didn’t work at all, and despite asking two or three times, the staff kept sharing the wrong password, which was extremely frustrating. overall, the experience was far from welcoming, and the misleading room size was the biggest disappointment.

Should be wall clock in each room
Outer area needs upgradation
Sports channels to be included in TV
In place of quilt there's should be AC blankets

The Park Gate ambience and hospitality was amazing. We were welcomed with a welcome drink that was a really good gesture. The food was great and the staff was very humble and nice.
Our stay at The Park Gate was too good. We had a great experience staying there. The rooms were very nice and clean. We loved the decor of the room that gave us positive vibes.

Superior room
We got upgrade at the hotel
I had a comfortable stay at the hotel. It's a newly built property in mohali, opposite VR punjab mall. I booked delux room but got upgraded room (superior room).The rooms are large and spacious with all the basic amenities. The food was delicious and not overly priced. They have highly trained courteous staff.
