Hotel is located 200 meters from "Saras Chowk" and barely 5 minutes walking distance from the gate of Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary, hence ideal for those who are coming to visit the sanctuary. However, thehotel is right on the highway and there is traffic noise all through the night. The hotel also caters to marriage parties, which are very noisy with loud music, drums etc. Staff is helpful and friendly, rooms are clean but somewhat run down. 1. This is mainly a hotel attached with a banquet, hence major focus on banquet only.
2. The property is excellent and located at just opposite the world famous Keoladeo National Bird Century.
3. However, there is no focus on guests in hotel and you will not get anything unless you ask. There was no doormats, no proper toiletries, even the blanket was not properly spread but kept inside the cabinet even during winter period and was dirty.

The hotel is very good, the facilities are good but the food is very bad. Total money was wasted. Had to sleep hungry. There was too much sugar in the Kadai Paneer. I felt bad as soon as I tasted it.
The food was dirty, the cook should be changed.

The services provided were excellent, with attentive staff. The room was spacious, allowing for a comfortable stay. However, I found the food prices to be quite high, which was disappointing.
