ambience is good. rooms are sound proff. welcoming is perfect and reception staff was perfectly trained. breakfast spread is huge but the taste is ok ok. and in room dining ,,service is fast and prompt. main course taste good. swimming pool is not good and it is not convenient to swim and there is no privacy for swimming. I think pool is ment for poolside dinner. room is spacious and wash room had enough space.

my experience was awesome! thanks to the 270 degree lakeside view of lake hussain sagar, i could see the lumbini park buddha statue and the fountains in the lake. serene atmosphere and my story was liked by 100+ ppl everyone asking about the location and hotel name!
