Horrible Hotel, No coffee, Worst service or no service at all. No cleanness, bad bedsheets. Body started itching 😩 Goibibo is looting the customer with such a higher price for this type of Horrible and worst Hotels. I have not even ate breakfast because they don't have breakfast area. At 8.30 am they call on mobile phone and offer Parathas and tea as breakfast in room I haven't taken breakfast because I have leave for meeting at 8.30 am Probably everyone should stop believing on rating of Hotels by Goibibo

I had an excellent stay at The Park Infinity Hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and cooperative, making my stay very comfortable. Special mention to Nishchal, who was particularly attentive and helpful. The service provided was exceptional and exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Surat!

not cleaning as shown in photos. the staff is not helpful. car park on main road/ parking issue. since it is couple friendly, unmarried couples come more, but if you are with family, do not stay at this hotel.

the hotel property was nice but the cleaning and maintenance of that room were not up to the mark.which i expected from them.but stay was very comfortable only food quantity was very less for singal persone.

1. AC was not working. 2. Washroom had used toiletries. 3. In room dining was horrible. 4. Forgot to send our Biryani. 5. Later sent in a hurry which was horribly prepared. 6. Papads weren't fresh and too oily. 7. Most of the items were not available. 8. To order Kaju Curry, they said they don't keep Kaju. 9. Floor was wetty gave sticky and Stinky feeling
