It was a really good hotel at a great location. Walkable to many of the places that tourists will visit. Room service food is also very tasty. Enjoyed the stay overall and highly recommend!

The room’s bathroom had a terrible smell. And there is interconnectivity door which generally doesn’t feel safe for a solo woman traveler even though it is locked. Rest everything from service to staff was perfect.

infrastructure wise its average, but their staff will steal your heart, i was upgraded to a suite room for no extra cost, i was once late for dinner order but still they managed to prepare something for me, restaurant food quality is good. i would highly recomend that.

The hotel is overall a great place to stay, especially for travellers coming outside of Tripura. The hotel has a strong AC that allows you to have a safe space from the heat outside (during the summer). The hotel is very clean and looks the same as it is advertised on the website. There is a V-mart nearby which allows you to buy whatever you need during your stay and the key tourist areas like State Museum is also very close (a 10-minute-walk). Highly recommend this place for any travellers visiting Agartala.

The cost of the hotel is far too high compared to the services provided. The hotel is not worth more than 2500 India Rupees per night. The hotel is stinking and smelly either bcos of a sewage leak or the dirty pond near behind the hotel. Poorly managed facility, limited menu during breakfast, etc. The roof in the toilet was covered with broken cardboard papers which kept on collapsing thereby exposing guests to rats and reptiles encroachment. Am highly disappointed in recommending this hotel. This is nothing but a big cheat!!!
