very bad hotel dont book this hotel totally waste of money.
staff was good
but hotel condition was very as compared to a 2 start hotel there was rats in room i have booked at price executive room
dont book this hotel at all you will get many options at this price

I will not recommend this hotel but for budget travelers they can manage because this is old property or I can say this property needs renovation.
Rooms are not in good condition and hotel needs pest control as well, old beddings.

Not a good stay I mean the rooms were very old and a bit unhygienic so didn't recommend this.

The issue "almost everything was perfect except wifi #poor connectivity" likely points to a problem with the Wi-Fi signal strength or the router's configuration.

Horrible experience ever faced by me. All the staff was busy in marriage party in the in-house banquet. Very unprofessional staff. Intercom was not working. Had to go to reception on ground floor from 3rd floor for any request. Requested for water but didn't provide after multiple requests. Hot water not avaliable. Shower not working. Check about specific issues for Room No. 309, wherein I stayed for a night only.

poor service, no room lock, asked for heater no heater, phone in the room dead, gloomy rooms, asked for medicines, no basic medicine.........worst hotel

staff behavior was great and very supportive, rooms were clean but hotel is quite old and there was strange smell in the room,tv was not working in room.
