Very Poor Hotel. NEVER go to this hotel. Complete waste of Money. VERY VERY Odd location. Its not Patnitop but 3 KM away from Bus/Taxi Stand. You will not find any conveyance from the hotel.No geyser in the bathroom. Unfinished furniture. No hot water even from other room. Owner cum Caretaker Salim Khan would disappear when you will ask for anything. Mirror not mounted on wall but kept on chair. Broken Curtain holder (Draping rod). Broken Sockets for mobile charging. No amenities yet high charge ...more

Very good hotels but room not air conditioner ,but climate are very enjoyful there and dishes is very tasty there are very charming place this place are neat and clean

if you are going on family vacation. Pl. don't book this hotel. the hotel is at a very remote location and is of very low standard as compared to other hotels in vicinity.

I checked in at around 1pm on 17th and checked out at 6pm on the same day. as couple I didnt feel safe. very remote location. no reception. I did travel to Chandigarh after checking out driving whole night.

The photos of cottages shown are not of the hotel and actually of a different resort in patnitop.the so called hotel was under renovation.no hot water in bathrooms.only 2 people take care of all guests and are not accessible for most times.not recommended for family stay.
