Water supply was extremely poor on 4th floor. The staff were unaware of water tank was out of stock in the evening I checked in & in the morning as well wash basin water tap was not working properly.
The standards of Hotel Maintenance looked extremely poor and the attitude of reception staff was even more shocking. it was not up to the mark at all.

The overall ambience is good, food is good BUT I had a very bad experience just after entering the bathroom was not clean and the paan spit was clearly visible in the bathroom which was soo disappointing, and they were no towels in the room I had to call again and again to get things done.
This shows even if the ambience and property is good if you don't maintain the service, it will ruin the customer experience.

Very Bad House keeping, cleanliness is not good, I suggest stay somewhere else & come to this hotel for the food, specially for the Lunch.

Booked Standard room with King size bed. When I reach they provided me with twin bed room reason behind which they told that king size bed room is unavailable. I ask for upgradation, they provided me premium room. This room is with outside balcony. Balcony was very dirty not cleaned one can't use it. Also they provided with little accessories. Like towel, shampoo, shaving kit, was not available.Also at time of checking out, at reception they ask for extra INR 500 in cash instead of payment for room upgradation. Food quality is good.One should try some other hotel in Rajkot for this rates

I recently stayed at a hotel and had a rather disappointing experience. The overall service and staff gestures was worst, leaving me dissatisfied with the quality of my stay. Numerous issues contributed to an overall negative impression. I hope the hotel addresses these concerns for future guests.
