I was highly disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, I was sent to another building, which was not mentioned during the booking process. The room lacked proper ventilation, and the bathroom smelled awful, making the stay uncomfortable. Room service was extremely slow, and to top it off, the room was infested with cockroaches. The overall hygiene and maintenance were severely lacking. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
