at the time of booking we choose the room which shows the picture of double bed room and at arrival they said you will get a single bed room as per your booking
huge inconvenience was caused as we also had kid with us
they told to connect with goibibo for room change as we had done our bookings from it and when we tried there was no reply from your end too

the pramukh hotel is a good choice for the sou visit...ekta dwar is 5-7 mins from the hotel.staff is polite and co-operative. rooms are good and well decorated.... there is a lift in the hotel so comfortable for elders as well.

hotel is newly built. good rooms and spacious.
but geyser was not working. they could not fix it. but they did send buckets of hot water after multiple follow up.they didnt had mugs at room. its a good stay but a lot can be improved.
