Bad experience.. no lift in the hotel and they allocated room at 2nd floor.. no hot water in bathroom they were providing by buckets only in morning time.. washroom tap always leaking and continuous water noise through out the night.. had to cut our trip short because of the hotel..

Never book this hotel. Worst experience.
TV not working.
Hot water for bath not working
they don't provide Tea coffee before 8.30 am in morning.
attitude of service person very poor.

There was a centipede in the room. It is very dangerous. I was planning to sleep on the floor it would have harmed me. There was mosquitoes and cobwebs in the room. Bed too was not comfortable. However few positive things were the staff was helpful and offered us change of room which we did. We are still in the trauma of that centipede

The room we got was the corner room, which had transparent curtains, and anyone could peep into our room. on asking, they changed the curtains but were not satisfied with the services they had

The hotel is located near to bus stand at walkable distance. The staff is helpful. The room and toilet is spacious and clean. Overall had good experience.

We had an amazing experience at Hotel pride.. The room was specious, neat and clean. Hotel staff was cooperative and serviceable. Food quality was excellent. We will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone there who wants to go there as a family.
