Hotel is not a four star.... dont go by the images they have put on social media or booking sites... just a budget hotel with guest house kind of breakfast experience... no rooms with windows.... they prefer to keep the guests frustrated rather then providing a better room....

taj villa is charging premium rates for sub premium rooms, also the hotel representatives are annoying asking for extra charges for every small bit. they dont know how to talk properly to the customers. one can get other good hotels in the same rates

I stayed with family for a night. The rooms were compact but nice. However in accomodating an extra bed one sofa chair and centre table has to be taken out of room. Since the area of property is small so rooms are also small. The staff is helpful and cooperative. In the breakfast options are quite limited. It would be good to add a couple of more options and improve the quality. Though the location is pretty good, just a stroll away from the shopping area and good restaurants like The Salt Caffe ...more

Pros: -Professional & attentive staff -Cleanliness -Small rooms but comfy and aesthetically sound -Small but quite a beautifull lobby Cons: -Damaged charging points were a trouble indeed, weren't fixed on escalation even on 2nd day -Wifi speed was unstable
