I was stayed for 4 days, from 2 -5 April. GST tax bill needed to reimburse, today I have sent my friend to collect but they are not responding properly. request to hotel manager, please provide tax bill for my booking by whatsapp.

The only thing that was good was room was clean and staff was helpful.But the hotel looks like from centuries ago with a dark vibeit doesnt deserve more than 1 star.

good stay nice ambiance near to bus stand shops and restaurants are good. the hotel staff are polite and rooms are kept clean with clean Lenin.

Booked luxury room for 3 adults. when I checked in, I asked about the extra bed information. They told me that they will not provide cot but provide only mattress. so agreed & checked in. Afternoon I checked the same with house keeping person. He told me that they will provide only bedsheet. U can sleep in the floor with that. Again waited patiently till the same person come whom I met in the morning. And asked him for the mattress. Now he told me that he will provide only quilt. with that u ...more
