We were waiting at the reception for two hours
Then manager came and said property is fully booked and there is no room left for us.
Worst experience of my life.
Then he offered another stay with different hotel which was very very poor. We paid for the Regency Cassette but didn't stay there as it was overbooked. I want my full refund.

staffs are friendly but nothing as expected. hot water availability is only from 6 am to 8 am. bedsheets and pillow covers are not looking clean. towels were wet/damp. mineral water not available for rooms. rooms have balconies but the gap in between them brings all the mist and outside cold climate inside. also don't follow the location. it leads you straight to top station. don't go by the outside looks of the hotel. and yes going with babies and older people is not recommended as it may be tough for them to bear the cold climate inside as well
