room was ok... all the essentials were fine. there was an ant problem which the staff took care of diligently within 30 minutes of reporting it. rest the stay was good and the staff were very cooperative.
the location is the big highlight here, all the main eateries and shops are right next door.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay .The rooms were very comfortable but curtains were broken and light were coming from the window .otherwise overall experience is good 👍😊

Not many hotel options in Mandi. This is a Good hotel for night transit stay between Manali and Chandigarh as Airport is only 4.5 hrs from there. Check in was fast and good. Stayed in Super Deluxe room which is spacious. Heating from the split A.C is sufficient. Request for additional towels and dental kit were promptly attend to. Had chicken clear soup, masala papad, lemon fish and tandoori chicken which are good in taste and quantity.
No facility for kids play etc. but being a transit option where you just sleep for a night it would not matter

Overall experience was good, bedding hygiene was not upto the mark of the pricing of the room.
Price must be below 1500/- for Non Ac room according to the facilities given.

Ok for a budget night stay. Right by the main market of Mandi. Bedsheets and pillow covers were stained and dirty.
