The hotel did not even give me a single water bottle complimentary, food was ok and bathroom was not managed properly

very bas service...I have reached the hotel at 1:30 AM..
firstly the bathroom flush was not working, they changed the room after an hour and in the next room the telivision was not working after that they changed another room and at 5:00 AM they have given me the room.
the reception guy called at 12:00 PM and asked to check out fast other wise the payment will be charged

This hotel deserves best rating.I have visited there 2 times.. The rooms are good and hotel staff is very good and Co-operative..Food is very tasty.but breakfast menu is same at every day.I think they should change it per day because it is so boring to have same breakfast on every day..enjoyed a good stay in this hotel..

"I had a great experience at this newly opened hotel. It had all the necessary facilities, and everything was well-maintained. The staff was very polite and helpful throughout my stay. The location was also convenient, and the cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. Highly recommended!"
